How we handle claim data
Plain answers about isolation, access, AI, and deletion. Everything on this page reflects the product as it works today — nothing aspirational.
Organization-scoped claim data
Claim records are scoped to the organization that owns them, with organization and claim access controls. Your claims live in your workspace, not a shared pool.
Authenticated access
Every workspace requires an authenticated sign-in, with layered authorization controls governing who can see and change claim records. Password resets are self-service, and you can change your password from account settings at any time.
Encrypted transport
Connections to the web app, the mobile app, and the API are encrypted in transit over HTTPS.
Claim-level authorization
Editing a claim's details is restricted to the claim creator or a manager. Other users can still contribute their own inspection work without gaining edit rights over the underlying record.
Your work, visibly accounted for
Offline and pending work is shown as saved-on-device, syncing, synced, or failed — so nothing is silently presented as delivered when it hasn't reached the server.
See how sync states work →Human-reviewed AI
AI-assisted tools help draft, summarize, and organize claim information. Human review remains required before submission or decision-making.
Read the AI usage policy →Account control & deletion
Users can request account deletion in-app. Personal account data is disabled immediately and anonymized according to our retention policy, while organization-owned claim records may be retained for legal and business purposes.
Read the deletion policy →Reporting a security issue
Found something that looks like a security issue? Email support@adjustercopilot.ai with "Security" in the subject line and we'll respond.
Where the policies live
The binding documents are the policies themselves. This page summarizes; they govern.
