Adjuster Copilot offers artificial intelligence ("AI") features designed to assist insurance professionals in completing administrative and documentation tasks more efficiently.
AI features are intended to support — not replace — professional judgment.
AI capabilities
AI-assisted features may include:

- Inspection summaries
- Damage descriptions
- Documentation assistance
- Workflow recommendations
- Administrative productivity tools
Features may evolve over time.
Human review requirement
All AI-generated content must be reviewed and approved by a qualified user before use.
Users remain solely responsible for:
- Accuracy
- Completeness
- Compliance
- Professional judgment
- Final claim documentation
No professional advice
AI-generated outputs are not:
- Legal advice
- Engineering opinions
- Coverage determinations
- Settlement recommendations
- Regulatory guidance
- Professional consulting services
Users should independently verify all outputs before relying upon them.
Third-party AI providers
Adjuster Copilot may utilize third-party AI providers, including Anthropic, to process requests and generate outputs. Information submitted through AI features may be transmitted to such providers solely for the purpose of generating requested responses.
Accuracy limitations
AI systems may occasionally:
